Bush on Trial?

Jessica Day sent in this link to a Harper's Magazine article about a German law professor who wants to see our former President put on trial for torture. There has actually been a long string of former heads of state put on trial internationally. Don't expect much to come of this except for perhaps some good video of a yelling German. For now you'll have to settle for text.
