Florida State College @ Jacksonville (FSCJ) North Campus Security Department is dedicated to providing a safe working and learning environment for all students, employees and guests. The College’s campus security officers are unarmed and do not have police powers, but they work closely with local law enforcement agencies on follow up actions or investigations related to criminal activities on campus. All students and employees are encouraged to promptly report any criminal or suspicious activity to the nearest FSCJ Campus Security Officer.

To activate the an Emergency Call Station press the "Button" indicated PRESS & HOLD TO TALK
follow the instructions and wait for security to respond.

When activated a courtesy light will come on (highly visible at night) and a strobe light will flash. A ringer will sound and a message will play.
NOTE: THE EMERGENCY CALL STATIONS SENDS AN IMMEDIATE RADIO TRANSMISSION TO SECURITY PERSONNEL AND ALLOWS FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE LOCATION AND RESPONDING OFFICERS. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, STAY AT THE EMERGENCY CALL STATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH RESPONDING PERSONNEL UNTIL THEY ARRIVE.
